Do you travel and work in other parts of Arizona besides Tucson?

Can you design the septic tank for a cabin site in the White Mountains?

Yes, Fleetwood Engineering can complete a site investigation to determine the soil conditions and if any limiting conditions exist that may cause a problem with the installation of a septic system. The site investigation will determine if a conventional septic system work. If so, than a local installer can complete the design and county permit. If not, than an alternative system will be required and Fleetwood Engineering can accomplish the design and permitting. BTW, Fleetwood Engineering has a staff member that lives in the White Mountains.

What does an alternative on-site system cost?

Fleetwood Engineering cannot definitively answer that question without completing the site investigation and soil testing first. An alternative system can be something relatively simple, such as a sand-lined trench to overcome highly permeable soil to a complex treatment technology to remove Nitrogen because of high groundwater or a nearby stream.
